    • Fundraising Strategy Jumpstart ($10k): Quick assessment, 1-year plan, and coaching to move your team from uncertainty to action.

    • Focused Funding Partnership ($15k): Prospect research + up to 4 proposals with a streamlined fundraising strategy.

    • Sustainable Growth Partnership ($25k): Multi-year strategy + research + up to 4 proposals for long-term stability.

    Sustained Partnerships ($75k–$85k)

    • Transformational Fundraising Partnership (1 year): Comprehensive, values-driven fundraising support, including assessments, multi-year strategies, campaign management, prospect research, 10+ proposals, and grants management systems.

    • Ongoing support includes audits, process improvements, and development team hiring/onboarding.

    • Hispanic American Construction Industry Association (Chicago, IL) - Diversified their fundraising streams, raised $500K and currently recruiting their 1st Development Director

    • Líderes Campesinas (Oxnard, CA) - Raised over $1M since 2022 and currently working on a peer to peer fundraising campaign

    • Dion's Chicago Dream (Chicago, IL) - Raised a total of $250,000 through a peer to peer fundraising campaign in February 2021.

Narrative Change

We create immersive facilitation experiences that guide organizations toward more equitable, caring, and effective philanthropy. These workshops combine reflection, discussion, and actionable exercises to help your team rethink underlying beliefs, transform practices, and foster meaningful cultural change. With a focus on justice, care, and community, each session is designed to spark long-term impact and actionable insights.

    • AMPT (Chicago, IL) - Examined fundraising practices in the non-profit sector and learned about history of philanthropy.

    • Underscore Native News (Portland, OR) - Used a system change, community-centered, and values aligned fundraising approach to change its fundraising practices.

Resourcing Cohort

New Offering — A 6-week program for nonprofit organizations to learn and practice collective fundraising strategies, map and share resources, and co-create joint action plans.

  • 6-week program with 6 facilitated sessions, 2 in-person gatherings and ample peer learning opportunities.

This cohort offers practical support and a solidarity-centered space for leaders to imagine new ways of resourcing together. It is both stabilizing and generative.

  • You can find ranges in investment for each of our offerings under “Engagement Structure”.

    Our rates range from $150-300/hr, depending on the size and make-up of the organizations we partner with across the U.S. We publicly share our rates to model the transparency we encourage our network to practice in their organizations. If you are unable to pay within the range suggested for your organization but are still interested in our services and feel like we would be a good fit, let us know so we can discuss!

  • For our fundraising partnerships, this would be ideal for non-profit organizations who are looking to grow and/or sustain their revenue streams, need additional capacity, are looking to practice their values in fundraising and get creative and critical about their fundraising beliefs and practices.

    For our narrative change partnerships, this would be ideal for non-profit organizations, foundations and government entities who are looking to practice their values, center community, and change their practices and mental modes to ensure systems change for a more caring, sustainable and equitable planet.
